 he has also refereed one of my kickboxing fights

he is the only referee I like in the world and I trust him 100%

to referee any one of my fights.  The rings is defiantly a safer place

 when you can truest  the  referee I wish lee could ref all my fights

and I met some brilliant lads who I respect loads

and whom I learnt most of my boxing skills from.

I boxed 3 times under mjm gym mick pacey  and I loved every minuet of it

I will never forget mick and the lads from the gym. xXx

Ryan Rowlingson

Ryan is my best mate we run together when we are training for our fights.

Its good to have a good friend who shares the same ambition  not only

is it good to be able to train along side your friend but its even better

when they understand the importance of  training for a fight and

all the fourths that go threw  your head the night before the fight haha

all you fighters no what I am talking about ha.

Ryan is also like me climbing up the ladder for a title fight he is one

fight away for achieving his goal so my advice to you Ryan

is I think we should train harder  haha   xXXx

Ryan has also corned my fights on a few occasions in boxing and kickboxing

each time he was in my corner I felt safe, even though I new when

i got out of the ring he was goanna tell me I could have done better,

he was always right hahahaha.

having friends like Ryan is a constant reminder of why I love my sport.
